All our products are available ex-stock and are dispatched via standard airmail. All orders incur a US$33 fee to cover postage & handling costs (this fee increases to US$66 if item 500-1 is ordered due to the additional weight). Directions for use, handling and storage contained on, or distributed with, Biosupplies products must be STRICTLY followed. Any liability for a breach of a condition or warranty is hereby limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods. Nothing herein contained shall be used or applied so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application in relation to the supply of goods or services pursuant to this agreement all or any of the provisions of Part V of the TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 (as amended) or any relevant State Act or Territorial Ordinance which by law cannot be excluded or modified.

Delivery: Our products are delivered by air mail. Local taxes, customs and other charges are not included and are to be paid by the buyer. The customer is responsible for prompt customs clearance. Delivery will be made within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Postage: A fee of US$33 is charged on each order to cover postage and handling (this fee increases to US$66 if item 500-1 is ordered due to the additional weight). Items transported on dry ice will be billed at cost. There is an additional fee if courier is requested.
