Delivery: Our products are delivered by air mail. Local taxes, customs and other charges are not included and are to be paid by the buyer. The customer is responsible for prompt customs clearance. Delivery will be made within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Postage: A fee of US$30 is charged on each order to cover postage and handling (this fee increases to US$66 if item 500-1 is ordered due to the additional weight). Items transported on dry ice will be billed at cost. There is an additional fee if courier is requested. Expect delivery in 1-2 weeks to most countries.

Prices & Payment: Prices are given in US$ and may be subject to change without notice. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments may be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
